south water caye in belize

We are on the Magic next week and one of the ports is Belize.We were going to go to Caye Caulker for the day but there really isnt a beach and we just want to lay on the beach and swim.I just saw pictures of South Water Caye and that is where I want to go.We can take a water taxi but is there a beach club or hotel where you can rent a cabana or two chairs for a couple of hours?

If its the same South Water Caye in Belize that I was sitting on last month - the one right near the famous Blue Hole - it's quite a ways from the Belize City area.

Also, there was nothing commercial on the island, just a nesting area for red footed booby birds!
