San Jose and Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala

Anyone have information on visiting Guatemala, via Puerto Quetzal and San Jose. Holland America shows only one land tour, a bus ride to a coffee plantation. I don't drink coffee, so have little interest.

 

Looking at a map, the port seems to be a bit from San Jose. Anyone know if the ships usually provide a bus to get to town?

 

Anything worth seeing in San Jose? I assume there is nothing in Puerto Quetzal.
