Yes, it is open in San Juan. In fact, it was open every evening on Reflection. You can wear shorts to dinner. :D

Yes for dinner, plus able to see lights of San Juan instead of black windy darkness when under sail at night. We had a guitar duo on the lawn for a "wine and cheese" concert, so live music too. For the S-class itineraries with an evening stop in SJ, that has been the usual day for the wine and cheese on the lawn. Entertainment schedules vary, but just to see lights makes SJ apopular day for Lawn Grill.
