In Curacao 2-10 PM Mid February, Sunset Time & What To Do?

Interested in what we might do there within the time constraints we have here. Would a catamaran sunset cruise be a good idea? Anyone know what time the sunset might be in mid February?

Not done a sunset cruise - but lots to do very near the port and great sunset shots from Punda over St Anna Bay - so you could just go for a meal with a view - lots to chose from

You might try inquiring about a half day tour from a company like Curacao-Actief.com

We booked them for our recent cruise and were very pleased with the service.

We are also coming in Mid Feb. Is there anything we can do close to the port or a couple hour tour? Not sure if 2 or 4 . I don't usually eat at strange places as I have celiac and don't want to get sick. I have to be very careful.

We took a ship sponsored tour of the island called "Beauties of Curacao." It was short 3-4 hours and gave us a nice overall view of the main highlights. It was enjoyable and we had a good guide.

The ship docks almost in downtown, so you can simply walk around on your own. Or take the Trolley Train if you can't walk much.

 

The best thing for you is to have a good meal prior to disembarking, get on a tour (lots of cab drivers offering private tours at the pier) and have dinner again onboard. That will ensure you don't eat anything you shouldn't while in port.

$20 taxi each way to Seaquarium Beach - $3 p.p. entrance. Fun guaranteed for everyone.
