Divamama0609 Posted December 31, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 31, 2013 we will be traveling on the Breeze 1/18 with my cousin who will be celebrating the big 50...My question is, will they let me go up in her cabin before she boards. I have FTTF i plan on being at the port at 11ish, she cant come to the port till 2ish. I know her cabin number and her husband would like to know if i can go decorate before they come..they have a specific decoration theme that is why he doesn't want to do it with Carnival. he said he did order flowers through them though :p TIA!!! skooter35 Posted January 1, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) I doubt if you would be able to access the room if your name is not listed. But you should be able to decorate the outside door without any problems. Have fun!!!! Edited January 1, 2014 by skooter35
KenMo Posted January 1, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Go to her cabin and see if the stewards are still around. I'm betting he/she will let you in to decorate. You'll need the steward anyway since you won't have a key.

Angela61280 Posted January 1, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 1, 2014 I'd get her husband to give you a copy of their cruise paperwork, find the cabin steward and ask him to do it it, along with a nice (big) tip for him (they are just soooo busy on embarkation day). DH got the room steward to decorate after he proposed to me a few years ago... And I got another to decorate on our honeymoon...
Sue Do-Over Posted January 1, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Room stewards will do many things for a tip. We decorated mom's door on her 60th birthday cruise, and all week long people wished her a happy birthday (and a few bought her frosty adult beverages!) She participates in all the trivia and board games (winning only occasionally) and is always a great sport with a sense of humor, and made lots of friends that trip.
