People have reported being able to get only the milkshake. However, you need to tell them up front, before they seat you, because they will quickly serve you fries and onion rings when you sit down.

No breakfast at the Johnny Rocket's on Navigator.

 

While taste is subjective, I suspect that the overwhelming majority of people would say that JR's burgers are better than those at Windjammer.
