Princess Cays bungalow, thoughts?

Having a family cruise vaca and one of our stops is at Princess cays. Looking at renting one or two Bungalow's from Princess. Anyone rented them [adults area or kids area?] Since everyone is over 18 we are leaning more towards the adults bungalows but wondering if there is much different than the cost and kids. Says there is a limit to 4 [with additional cost to add 2 more] how strict are they to this?

We are also looking for an excursion at Princess Cays. Does anyone know anything about the dune buggies? Are the worth it?
