laughoutloud Posted July 16, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2005 Anybody heard of anyone who successfully smuggled Cuban cigars back home? Just curious...
Jim Gallup Posted July 16, 2005 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2005 If you remove the band on a cigar, it is impossible for anyone to tell where it has come from. You work out the rest.
Bonnie J. Posted July 16, 2005 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2005 Pack them in your suitcase. You don't have to open suitcases for any type of inspection.
LDR Posted July 16, 2005 #4 Share Posted July 16, 2005 Yes, definitely in your suitcase. We've put them inside shoes and supported them with socks so they don't break. Imagine the panic I felt when I saw the suitcase before ours opened up and the inspector went through...SHOES :) Never had ours checked, though. I've also put them in toothbrush holders and in a tampon box.
LARGIN Posted July 16, 2005 #5 Share Posted July 16, 2005 Just remember that most of the "Cuban" cigars you buy in the Caribbean aren't..
