Their red velvet cake looks exactly like the one served at Chops. Ironically we were on the Allure that has Cupcake place onboard, when we found the red velvets and vanilla cupcakes sold through Gifts and Gear are (or were) commercially produced by Sweet Street Desserts in Reading, PA for Royal. They are delicious and we agree they are much better than those from the the Cupboard. Perhaps the brownies come from there as well.
