FL parking for Independence

sailing Independence in a few weeks and trying to figure out parking. the parking lot at the port looks a long ways from the pier. Do they have shuttles? is it better to park off site? don't want to give my keys over to anyone. self park only!

There is a shuttle from the Midport garage to terminal 29.

we have used park n go for are last 3 IOS cruises... cheaper and you have to use a shuttle anyway. They do have shuttles that run to Term 29 from midport parking garage but I found them to be a hassle wish they had a valet service for parking

(PS I hate terminal 29 but love the independence so i deal with it)
