best way to get to Lagun beach from Carnival Breeze port?

We are coming in on the Carnival Breeze and would like to snorkel at Lagun beach. What would be the best way to get there. We are a family of 5. Is this the best place to snorkel?

Its my fav snorkel place

Residents seahorses - in the first few metres of water

Normally see turtles - but these can be out a little bit, but have seen them well in as well

Plus lots and lots more to see - and really safe beach as no current in the cove - ocasionaly some outside - but not to bad

 

You can hire gear from teh dive shop there

 

No 1 hint - go and drink/or eat at the cafe Bahia Diving - and look at the igunanas - they feed them and they let you get close

 

With 5 prob best to get a taxi - there are always loads waiting at the terminal

Lagun Beach is about 30- 45 minutes from port (depending on traffic).

 

If you contact one of the drivers mentioned here on CC, they'll be able to quote you a rate, but I don't think it's under $50 one way.
