Cruising with foreign family members

I am a US citizen with some Korean family members who are visiting on a tourist visa for a couple weeks. We would like to take a cruise out of L.A. that stops in Mexico and comes back to L.A

Will my Korean family need anything other than a passport? What kind of documentation or complications should I be ready for?

Thank you!

I thought Korea (I assume you mean South Korea) was a visa waiver country. (for USA). If they have a visa for the USA, make sure it's multiple entry. For Mexico, you'll want to check with them to see requirements for entry for those from Korea. Note that the rules for those visiting by cruise ship for part of day may be different ( less stringent) than a longer visit. Don't get tripped up with that thinking they need one when they don't.
