Mock up video of Quantum

Do you think at 1:32 in the video, that is a mock up of a balcony railing system with the glass shelf in front of it? It would be kinda neat to stand at the railing and have a spot for your drink, but it would keep you away from maybe looking over as much as you wanted to, what do you think? Doesn't look like a balcony railing since it doesn't have any thing sturdy for the railing to attach to. Maybe that's for the windows in the Solarium or Seaplex. It definitely looks like a standing bar area for some king of venue with a view. A shelf along the balconies would also be a huge safety hazard as it would almost certainly lead to even more people tempting faith to stand/sit on it as people already do that with just a railing.

If it is real glass then it is probably for the loft suites.

 

Cant see that it would be used in any 2 story public area where food or grog / drinks were served not with a ledge attached .
