We booked a April 20, 2015 cruise from Hawaii to Vancouver and did not receive 123 perks. I didn't read the small print. Can I transfer to a TA to gain some perks or are there any other ideas you all may have.

We booked a April 20, 2015 cruise from Hawaii to Vancouver and did not receive 123 perks. I didn't read the small print. Can I transfer to a TA to gain some perks or are there any other ideas you all may have.

 

We are on the same cruise and unfortunately the cut off is Mar 2015 for the 123 perks. I am transferring to a TA for some OBC..helps a little.
