daniella1279 Posted January 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2014 On the sensation. I have been doing some research on the cabins with the 2 upper twin beds and the 2 on the floor. I'm not to thrilled about having my DH and myself head under the bunk. Has anyone ever moved bed under the faux window? So your head is under the window? I know we won't be able to lay in bed and watch tv. If so anyone take pictures? Danielle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SadieN Posted January 9, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2014 (edited) Are you talking about the insides and Ocean Views? The beds are easy to move when they are twins. Because of the sheets a larger bed is more difficult to manuever. Problem with the head at the window is there are no light switches or light there. Might be a problem with the placement of the ladders. For more walking-around room you can have the lowers apart. One under the window/false window and the other would be along the wall. The lower along the wall will be under an upper like a bunk bed configuration. We hang a shoe holder on the hooks by the upper bunks. The upper pockets become the 'nightstand' for the uppers. daniella1279 Posted January 9, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Right now we are looking at booking a inside cabin. Depends on what pricing looks like when we book. Thank you for your input. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
daniella1279 Posted January 9, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Will they put the bunks up during the day? In the past on the miracle and the pride we book an obstructed balcony and the bed above the couch stay down the entire time. lingram001 Posted January 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Their was 5 of us in an inside room (1 year old son slept with us). They didn't put the beds up during the day, we were only in there to change and sleep. I didn't mind sleeping under the bunks, I hit my head twice, but got the hang of it quickly. I'm 6' 1 and I was cool with the setup.
