How early can you board in Galveston without FTTF / platinum?

I am not desperate to board early in any way, but would like to know what it the earliest practical time to arrive and board in Galveston? Thanks.

The earlier you arrive the sooner you get on the ship behind the VIP's. We usually arrive around 10-10:30, you will have to wait, but on the ship in the first group after VIP's, etc. usually between 11 & 11:30. Just depends on how fast they disembark the ship.

On our November cruise we got to Galveston about 10:30, somewhat delayed by parking area, but were on board eating on the Lido by 12:30.
