Hyatt or Courtyard

I will be going to Cayman on the VOS in August with a party of 30 people - I am looking for a hotel that is close enough to the port that also has a place to rent chairs and umbrellas, have lunch and perhaps a pool. I checked out the Hyatt website and it looks great. Can anyone tell me which is the better of the two and the cost to buy day passes if available. THANKS

I have not been to the Hyatt, but the Courtyard Hotel is across the street from the beach. The area offers chairs with umbrellas, drinks, food, water sports, sun and sand. There is no pool though. I do not know if the hotel actually has a day pass for the pool and amenities over there, sorry. The taxis will drop you right there and pick you up ($4 per person each way).

We were just a the Hyatt. Love it. $35 per person with the $15 food credit. We just paid for the 6 adults(we had 5 kids with us). It also included a beach chair with canopy.

Sea Grape is supposed to be nice also, but I've not been there.
