Just off the Allure...any questions?

Loved the cruise. I did not use the internet, prefer to remain "disconnected," did see many people texting all over the ship. They seem to be enforcing the new smoking policy, $250 fine for smoking in stateroom. Smoking allowed on port side of deck 15, 16 and port side of casino, although it permeated pretty much the whole casino. Our Central Park Balcony was ready when we boarded(2:30pm).

I also just returned from this cruise... we boarded a little after 11 and cabin was ready at 1 p.m.

the captain was emphatic about enforcing the new smoking rules ... at the captain's corner he claimed the surveys showed the majority of pax did not want smoking on balconies , etc ..

cruise was excellent,, the shows fanastic, weather couldn't be better.. seas were calm.. except for one nite which i slept thru that the captain said the winds caused us to be late for St. Thomas but to compensate we didn't leave st. thomas till 7:30... he discussed the azipod situation in detail

there were 1800 kids on this cruise and the ship was kept immaculate.. there was always plenty of staff around...never saw kids in the solarium area, excpt at tables having breakfast or lunch but never around the pool or hot tub areas

I'm looking forward to the review :)

We saw a few kids in the solarium. I was in the hot tub and an infant was brought in. I was just getting out, But did tell a staff member who was nearby and they headed over to inspect. Generally, I'd let this go if the child was polite, however this was an infant, regular diaper and it was the adult pool area.

We'll be in a Central Park balcony on the February 16, 2014 sailing. Would you do CP again?

I've done a CP balcony and loved it. Doing it again in March!

Love opening my balcony door and listening to live music at night while getting ready for the evening. People watching is fun too. Just remember people can see you too, so put on your clothes! Hee hee!!

we are a group of 4 cabins and 8 passengers, we all have my time dining, the only time we could get a table together was at 5:30 every night, way earlier than we want, if we go without reservations in that line at about 6 do you know if we will have to wait long for table or should we just go down at 5:30 in the line with reservations, thanks for any knowledge you have on this question. Our shows are usually at 7:30 so we have to be done eating by then but I am thinking at 6 we should be done for 7:30 show
