Specialty teas?

Does anyone know if the specialty (or premium?, I'm confused) teas are included in the classic bev package or just the premium? It seems there is overlapping nomenclature for the two tea selections.

Does anyone have any experience with the premium teas in general (eg. where they are located, what varieties are available, loose-leaf or bagged)?

I am a huge tea fan and would upgrade to the premium package if it meant I could have unlimited loose-leaf teas!
