Hello, I am new to Fred Olsen and we are preparing to book a BA cabin on the Braemar 10 nights in April and just do not know which deck to go for 6 or 7 with a superior balcony cabin ANY help would be really welcome. Are there any obstructions on either deck (on 6 it would be the middle section of the ship)

Hi Jerseylily We have had 2 different cabins on deck 7 and one of them I wouldn't recommend. It is 7044, the balcony was not as deep as either side due to the lifeboat just below the balcony. This is not shown on the deck plans, and the cabin on the opposite side is the same.

The other cabin was a suite 7005 which we really liked.

I hope this helps.

Susan
