Constellation Bar Closing Times

My wife, our three kids and I are sailing on the Constellation in March. We all have the Premium drink package and are all night owls. Can anyone tell me what time the bars close on the ship. I realize that some will close earlier than some others- the pool bars usually close early- but will some stay open late into the night (early morning)?

The times are listed on the dailies, and if I remember correctly, some bars had specific closing times while others, like the Martini and the Sky lounge just listed 'late'. It may depend on the crowd. I know that our group kept some bartenders working pretty late!:D
