Tendering in Belize after snorkeling with Coral Breeze

We are looking at booking with Coral Breeze tours for their snorkeling tour and just wondering if anyone had problems tendering back to the boat after the tour. We see the tour starts at 10am and last about 5 hours. I know it gets crowded around 3pm but has anyone had any issues?
