Belize with 9 month old

We have been to Belize several times and having done many exciting things, swimming with sharks, cave tubing, snorkeling. But what to do with a little one? I was thinking maybe if some sort of larger boat left straight from the port not really feeling leaving in a car with her (we just got back from Cozumel and we walked outside the port area it seemed like everyone was starring her down wandering how much they could sell this blonde hair, blue eyed baby for, I know i'm probably crazy but when they started following us and talking to each other about the baby my butt got back in the tourist area)
