Hi there!

I've just booked a Disney Fantasy cruise for January 2015 and we've selected cabins 9052 and 9054. One room will have my family - me and my husband, 1 toddler, 1 baby, and the other room will have my mom and her husband. They are connecting balcony rooms. Has anyone stayed in either room before? Just curious as to what you thought of them.

Thanks!

oh awesome! :) I haven't been on a Disney cruise for about 12 years, and my husband and kids have never, so we're pretty excited. We're sailing January 25th, 2015.

Nothing seems to come up when I search, but I may be doing it incorrectly...

These are 5a deluxe veranda cabins with 203 sqft inside, and a 43 sqft veranda. 1/2 of the veranda partition will open like a door and fold back, and lock in place, so you could move between cabins on the balcony, if so desired.

Both cabins sleep 4 pax max. That means you have an inseparable queen bed, couch bed, and a bunk that pulls out of ceiling in both cabins.

These images from the DCL site are accurate, including floor plans; http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/reservations/customize?execution=e1s3

I'm clueless about these split baths though. It says some in this cat have them, some don't. ? ? ?

Between these two cabin's balconies is an outer skin panel as shown here. You can also see the operable veranda partition in the photos in the thread link below. Most feel it's moot fwiw.

If concerned read this thread in reverse, IMO, after viewing photos; http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2655554

Exterior pic with cabin #'s labeled. See mirror image cabins 9552/9554. Note, not all the outer skin panels are installed in this image; http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t177/HallsofVA/414aa1a2-1.jpg

Room reports from the other side, lol. Dream and Fantasy same; http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/cruise-new/roomreport.cfm?Room=9052
