Rod in Az Posted January 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 22, 2014 I saw the phone number last week and I forgot to print that up. Can someone send me the information on the phone number again. We are leaving on the Liberty on Feb 1 and one of the couples that are going with us would like it in case of emergency. Thank you in an emergency, the person trying to call the guest can call Carnival at 1-877-225-7447 and tell them they need to contact a customer on the Carnival (Ship Name). The caller will need the guest name, and Stateroom number. These calls cost $10.00 a minute plus long distance charges, and have to be charged to a credit card at the time of the call. KEG51 Posted January 22, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2014 From FAQ on Carnival.com site: Shore-to-Ship Communication Effective 11/27/13: This service is no longer offered. We know many of you would like an emergency contact number for family members not traveling with you. Therefore, in the event of a true emergency, loved ones may contact our call center at 1-800-227-6482 on a 24/7 basis. Our team will take down the caller's name and contact information and pass it on to our Guest Services team onboard so they can extend the guest a complimentary phone call. PresDuLac Posted January 22, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 22, 2014 (edited) in an emergency, the person trying to call the guest can call Carnival at 1-877-xxx-xxxx and tell them they need to contact a customer on the Carnival (Ship Name). The caller will need the guest name, and Stateroom number. These calls cost $10.00 a minute plus long distance charges, and have to be charged to a credit card at the time of the call. This is absolutely incorrect and should be deleted. The correct information from Carnival is in post #4.
