chaba Posted July 19, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2005 I am tempted by this itinerary and impressed by all the positive feedback on these boards regarding the Seabourn experience. Previously travelled Crystal/Cunard/Holland ,prefer to try a smaller and seemingly friendlier ship! There is a 60% discount on this sailing, all depends on the single supplement, will not pay more than 125% on principal. so awaiting quotes. Anyone else considering same? CruisinMatt Posted July 19, 2005 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2005 We are booked on the Cairns - Singapore portion. I'm excited to combine the flawless Seabourn experience with an opportunity to see a part of the world that I have never visited before. :)
juicyjuju Posted July 23, 2005 #3 Share Posted July 23, 2005 Matt, It looks like they have added a new port to the Cairns itinerary: Kiramunjawa, Indonesia. Should be interesting.
CruisinMatt Posted July 23, 2005 #4 Share Posted July 23, 2005 Juicyjuju - thanks for pointing that out. I guess that means we aren't stopping at Pulau Seribu. The icon still shows for the complimentary beach day there and a new one popped up for Darwin, yet when you click on it, the details are for Waiheke Island! I think I'll email my agent to find out exactly which Seabourn Experience we will have.
bgood Posted August 23, 2005 #5 Share Posted August 23, 2005 Karimunjawa replaces Pulau Seribu--both little places in Indonesia's "Thousand Islands" archipelago. And the new one is there for a beach party. bgood
CruisinMatt Posted August 24, 2005 #6 Share Posted August 24, 2005 I see that now - counting down the days. This will be my first Seabourn beach party! :)
