Celebrity Infinity inside cabins category 10 or 11

We are looking at the British Isles tour in summer 2014 and these inside cabins on decks 2 and 3 have some space. I am concerned about the cabins in the 3025-3050 range on deck 3. There appears to be some kind of bar-Michaels above most of those cabins. Is anyone familiar with this location and able to comment on the noise levels?
