wannagonow123 Posted January 31, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2014 We booked cabin 8147 on the Miracle. Does anyone know if this cabin has a sliding door, or a regular in/out door?
4realrod Posted January 31, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2014 All Balconies on the Miracle have a door that pulls open. They do not have sliding doors.
flahagan Posted February 1, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 1, 2014 I hate these doors, they almost make the balcony unusable IMO. Sliding doors make so much more sense, I don't understand why Carnival doesn't use them. We were in an obstructed balcony on the Miracle for the Hawaiian cruise last September, and barely used the balcony because of the poor design. There was no way to keep the door open. Here is a tip... use the door stop to keep the door open. Works like a charm, just don't forget to close door before you open hallway door. Can you say wind tunnel.
