Excursions at Freeport and Nassau?

My boyfriend and I are leaving on Feb. 9th on the Carnival Sensation to Freeport and Nassau, Bahamas. We are wondering what the best shore excursions would be at both places for us. This is our first time to go to the Bahamas. Any deals or must see for a reasonable price? Any all-inclusive day pass? Is the day pass at Atlantis worth the price?

 

Any insight would be great!

In Freeport we went on the following excursion

 

It was the snorkeling, deserted beach lunch. I seriously can NOT say enough good things about this.

 

Everytime we go to Freeport we plan on doing this exact excursion it was so awesome.

We went on the Ecstasy this past New Year's ...in Freeport we did the Jeep Adventure through Carnival. We enjoyed it. You were in a group with 4 people in each jeep and the guide talked to you through the radios and we stopped a few different places including the gardens for lunch with time to walk around and Junkanoo Beach. I think what I really liked about it is I felt like I got to see what Freeport was really like.

In Nassau we did the Balmoral Island Beach Day and Dolphin Encounter which we loved! It was so neat to be in the water with the dolphins and the beach there was pretty ....

Love the ultimate snorkel tour but wont work with our port time noon-7pm. Any other suggestions??
