Use Mozilla, but tried Internet explorer as well.Is the website off line? It appears that something has gone wrong and we were not able to continue to the next step. Your current session has timed out. Please close the current window and try again. I've also been getting this message regularly for weeks now. Have to log off then back in to "My Princess" repeatedly. It's getting to be a real nuisance.
