Does anyone know if purchasing a photo package pre cruise is cheaper than when you are on the ship?

We bought the unlimited digital package + prints on-line before we got on our recent 14 night cruise aboard Eclipse. The pricing for the same package on board was initially more expensive. But if you use a Capt Club coupon (we had a 15% off coupon for being Select) and take advantage of the free prints offer if you buy the package within the first few days of the cruise, then I found the price to be the same.

Is there a discount coupon for Elite? If so how much of a discount?

Might be cheaper to wait till we board to purchase package if there is an Elite discount?
