Do you need to bring your own laundry detergent to do laundry on the Grand?

 

I have been on some cruise ships where you use your own laundry detergent and others where the detergent is part of the washing cycle.

You can either bring your own detergent/softener, or purchase it in the laundry room. They are not included. Some people bring quarters with them as well since the change machines aren't necessarily stocked 100% of the time, but you could always get some quarters from the casino in a pinch.

You need to bring your own - or purchase laundry detergent.

Good idea to bring your own quarters. The change machine was empty when I was doing laundry - although they came in to refill it while I was there. Of course you can get quarters at the purser's desk.
