Darkwood Beach or Valley church Beach

We are looking for a nice beach to get a few loungers, drinks, and possibly snorkeling which beach is better?

I put a review of our visit to Darkwood beach a few weeks under the "Antigua Beaches" heading if you are interested. I've never been to Valley Church. Enjoy whichever you pick, it's a great island!

thanks, we were all set to go to valley church beach then I seen your review that's what got me thinking which one would be best. was it crowded when you were there? We will be there next week

No it wasn't very crowded at all. There was plenty of space and we sat pretty close to the restaurant/facilities. You could move your lounger where you wanted. Something interesting I never saw before was for a couple of hours somebody had a water jet pack and was taking people out to try it (for a fee I'm sure). Do a search for Water Jet Pack if you don't know what it is. I had never seen one before in person and it was pretty fun watching people try and use it. Some serious wipe-outs.
