Because they aren't consistent the process becomes inefficient. It encourages us to call back multiple times. After the search I got $2209pp price with " offers" under it, clicked to book, price came up lower with residential special $1889 - great!, wanted to book - it will give only $2679pp pricing. Called X , they said - none of the lower rates are available anymore, they have no inventory left for balcony but, if I wan to book - it is available for $2679, but lower pricing keep coming up for several days.
