Dunn's River Falls

Is it difficult to walk the falls at Dunn's River? Any tips? It's something I have always wanted to do, but I am concerned about the level of stamina I may need to get at least part of the way. Also, someone told me that the falls were man made. Is this true? Thanks.

Stamina really shouldn't be that much of an issue... There are lots of places to stop and rest for a minute to catch your breath. Most of the time, the pace is pretty slow anyways. There are plenty of places to easily get in and out of the water if you want.

For me, the hardest part is good footing and not slipping. Some rocks are under water and a bit slippery. It can be hard to find a good place to put your foot.

Take your time and go at your pace. Stop frequently - get wet - and enjoy it.

The best tip I could possibly give is to be sure you wear some water shoes. You can bring your own or rent them there.
