Around big holidays travel agencies run sales. We just returned from Allure of the Seas January 26th sailing. I booked it in May for Memorial Day sale through travel agency advertised on this website. They paid gratuities for two, gave one dinner for two in paid restaurant up to $35 per person, one gift certificate for spa treatment( I received 50min Swedish full body massage once on ship) and $100 on board credit just for booking with them. In addition you can open RCCL visa card and get $100 onboard credit just for opening the card, plus $50 onboard credit for every $5000 charged (you get double points for RCCL related charges, so just charging the cruise itself for 4 people will almost get you there). I also saw that during some other sales they were offering soda packages paid for kids and things like that. Prices for the cruise itself were the same through all the companies I checked, only perks differed and that one above was the best. Also, until you make a final payment, you can adjust the price. My price has gone down, I contacted the agency I booked through and they made downward adjustment of the difference. ( I kept checking the prices directly through RCCL website. Good luck.

I forgot to mention, if you have travelled with RCCL at least once before you become their Crown and Anchor society member (it is free, just call them to establish membership). As such you can get what they call CRUISE CERTIFICATES that come out quarterly for different sailings. The one for my sailing was $125 per balcony cabin discount. this was in addition to all the perks I listed above.
