Question re Key West Wedding company

We are looking to get married during our next cruise in January/06. I am looking at all the options and the onboard packages offered by the cruise lines seem very expensive for what you are getting.

 

Since we are looking for something less expensive and more simple/casual, I am wondering if booking directly with these guys in Key West might work.

 

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of this company, or has any feedback on them, good or bad. If you do, please let me know. I've posted this on the Weddings board as well, but thought it may reach more people over here.
