Brilliance Cafe Latte-tudes (Starbucks)

First time in many years back on RCCL. My wife and I will be on the Brilliance out of Tampa. We are trying to decide if the Replenish drink package is right for us. I have read a great deal on CC regarding the package, but our question is whether or not if the Brilliance has transitioned to Starbucks products in the Cafe Latte-tudes? This might convince us to take the Replenish package because unfortunately we have become addicted to the Starbuck coffee. Wifey is a gold card holder and we don't live within 50 miles of a Starbucks. And if Brilliance does have Starbucks, does it open early in the morning? We are early risers and thinking Starbucks and a Promenade daily walk is a great start to any day. Thanks to all of you who make this board so valuable to those of us who are trying to get a better "grip on our trip".
