Fitness room

I am not quit the exact age to be in the fitness room without my parents, but I plan on using the fitness room every day. I am a competitive runner and need to get my run in but don't want to drag my parents along with me. Can I go in by myself with a note from my parents?

How old are you? I assume not under say 12? There has never been anyone there ( and I work out on all cruises) checking to see how old people are. I would plan to go, do your work out and leave. As long as your doing your workout, being respectful, etc. there should be no issues.

There is also a outdoor track that is nice to run on. The treadmills tend to fill up unless you plan on going on off times.

The outdoor running track is a great place to run. I usually do 5-6 miles a day and the view is spectacular. I run early in the morning so I can see the sunrise.

I would also suggest the outdoor track. Nothing better than being up there early in the fresh air.

I try to get there by 6:30am, usually a few people there. By 7:30-8:00 the place is packed.
