How long to drive?

Y'all have been so good about answering everybody's questions, and I sure do appreciate it. I need to know how long it will take in the very early morning to drive from Kailua to the Waianae Boat Harbor. We have booked a morning cruise with Wildside Dolphin Tours and we need to be there about 6:30 am. We'll be staying in Kailua at a cottage for 4 days after our cruise to Hawaii on the Carnival Spirit in September. Mahalo.

Weekday or weekend? Weekend will be about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast you drive. Weekday will be more hectic since you'll be hitting some rush hour traffic. Take H3 to avoid the majority of the crowd. I'd probably add another 30 minutes for weekday.

 

There are others here that live on the Windward side that might have better estimates for you than me though ... :) Ka Honu? Hawaiian Eye?

That was just the info I was looking for. It gives us a much better idea about the drive, We didn't know if was an hour or thee hours. You're the best

I forgot to say that we're going there on a weekday morning... and while I'm here do any of you know anything about Wildside Dolphin Tours? That's why were doing the drive in the first place.
