We also discovered that Captain Morgan IS available at some - not all - of the bars. You have to ask for it - even when they have it to sell it's not permitted to be displayed because it's "not on the menu". So...even though Bacardi Oakheart is the official "listed" spiced rum - Captain Morgan was available - at some if the bars -when requested.
