We plan on going to Mr Sancho's when in Cozumel in March, but do not want the all inclusive plan. Is there any entrance fee? Are there any charges for using the beach chair ... etc?

No charge as long as you eat, and/or drink something..

Just stroll on in...We are going back there in March as well, did the AI last time and will just pay as we go this time. Keeps me from getting too much of my money's worth..:D

The only issue I found with the pay as you go approach is that you don't have access to the larger pool, hammocks or beds. I have done both the AI and the pay as you go. My advice would be to drive a few miles down the road and go to Playa Palancar. The scenery is better, food is better, and you can still choose to do some water activities if you want. They have several hammocks set up in the shade as well. Have a great trip.
