Costa Rica Shore Excursion?

Check the Costa Rica forum - look for Tortuguero(sp?) Canal, Almonds & Corals (zip line), Oregon Tours, Oscar Brown or Lester. Sometimes is hard to determine which port people are talking about, but the above names are associated with Limon. (Mauricio & Mahogany Park are associated with Puntarenas.)

We were in Limon last December........went on a tour with Oscar Brown. Excellent doesn't come close to how we enjoyed the tour. Oscar takes you into the jungle with the free "running' monkeys etc. It was one of, if not the best excursions we've ever had, but remember, a good excursion depends on what YOU like. I found Oscar's email on the port forum and everything was handled by email with payment AFTER the tour

My sister and I were in Limon last December and took the Rainforest Aerial Tram thru Carnival. It provided a view of some very nice scenery but if you want to see birds, butterflies, monkeys and such forget it... the wildlife migrated away from the humans. BTW it was pretty expensive and booked up quickly.
