Looks like I'm cruising again in 46 days....

 

MY BF got one in the mail sometime last week while I was on the Dream. He threw it out. Luckily it was at the top of the recycle bin. Booked an 8 day exotic eastern on the Freedom out of Ft. Lauderdale today for the both of us. Cruise cost for a balcony was $160...add on taxes/port fees and pre-paid gratuities and it comes to a whopping $564. Since I'm platinum (and he's not), we even ended up with priority boarding. No need for FTTF!!!

Daughter (age 18) received the letter in the mail around February 7

She has cruised 4 times with Carnival, last cruise was in 2011

My moms was in her VIFP "account" online. When I entered her number for one of the specials under the cruise deals at the top of the Carnival website, it was there. I just went down the screen, and all of the cruises under that offer had $0.00 next to most of the IS rates, and then went up $20 or $40 for OCV and BL's. So if you don't get an offer via email or a letter, go online and check out the specials using your VIFP number.
