Onboard credit from TA

Will my onboard credit show on my Carnival login page? Or do I just need to wait until I am on the ship? Any info will help. Have not had a OBC on Carnival before

Be careful with waiting - we have done that and the TA forgot to place it on our account - we had to wait until we were back to get a check. You can always call Carnival and see if it is there a couple days before leaving so that way you know you still have time to follow up etc. I have also seen that is shows in my general documentation as line item, but not always :-)

TA's OBC will never show up on your Carnival documents. Always shows up onboard well once it didn't and I had to go to guest services. It took them 2 days of getting a hold of Miami and trying to find out what was going on but I eventually received it.
