Does Carnival allow you bring aboard your own soda and water?

Yes. 12 pk. Soda and 24 pk water.

Yes. I always bring my own soda and bottled water. My sister always brings juices boxes for her kids. I believe there is a limit of 12 cans/bottles pp, but I see people bring on more than that. You do need to bring it in your carry on. Security will check each and every can/bottle so it does delay going through security slightly.

And that is a 12 pack per person and they must be 20 oz or less. You also must carry them on, you can't put them in checked luggage or give them to the porters with your luggage.

12 per person. Elsewhere Carnival guidance is 20oz or less per container.

 

If you run out, buy more soda in port and bring it aboard. (I've done this in Key West but not elsewhere)

 

We bring a soft-sided cooler to keep in the room and ask the room steward to keep it filled with ice; I'll stock it with sodas in the morning and we're good for the day.
