Question about Tour Sharing Timeline

We are wanting to do some tour sharing for our cruise to the Med in May of this year. We have put it out on the board that we would like to share a tour, but haven't gotten much interest. I have been looking at various websites that offer shared tours, but couldn't find one with an active group!

 

We are about 12 weeks out - it seems that there should be active groups on the tour sharing web sites. I have checked out Rome in Limo, Share A Shore Excursion, Viator and several more but have gotten no luck.

 

At what point do people start booking tours through these tour sharing companies? Are there any that people recommend?

You should first open a group with one of those companies and then be active on your roll call, invite people to join your group and you will fill it easily, people start to book much closer to the sailing date.
