tawaik Posted February 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2014 (edited) I'm about to book the Valor for April 2015 and the travel insurance is $95.00 per person. I read some where that people purchase insurance from other companies. This price seems high to me and I know I need insurance. Does anyone have any recommendations and/or experience buying insurance from a provider outside of Carnival? Thanks. funinthesun1964 Posted February 21, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2014 I use square mouth dot com. I get the primary medical coverage, med evac, and add in airfare costs. You can click k to compare. Usually end up spending about 70. We are 50. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

Rare Banditswife Posted February 21, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Our TA offers travel guard. It was only $133 for our 9 day cruise- 2 people over 50. We do not usually insure the airfare because we can reschedule that with no penalties flying Southwest.
