Price drop without early saver

I booked for June 1st Magic. There was a new years sales that I took advantage of: "New Year’s Sale + Free Upgrades" I'm also paid in full.

 

But not I see the nowisthetime deal which is $400 cheaper than the $3180 I paid for three people in the balcony. Will carnival give me OBC for this drop or am I not understanding the fares/deals?

Most rates are eligible for price drops up to the final payment date. The cruise being in June, I don't think you're at that point yet. Call and request the price adjustment. You should get it in the form of onboard credit since you're paid in full.

If final payment date hasn't passed, you may be able to get a price drop. If you didn't book Early Saver, then no OBC/refunds after final payment date. If you originally booked ES, and then price matched to sale prices, you should be able to get the lower fare up to 2 days before sailing. ES is the only fare in which OBC is given after final payment. All others will have the difference refunded to the CC.

 

The only way to know for sure is to call Carnival if booked direct with them or your TA if you used one.
