Freedom dining question

Planning a cruise for next February and we are looking at the Freedom. I have a question about the alternate dining/casual dining venues. Can anyone tell me which charge a fee? I see the Blue Iguana, The Shake Shack, Tastes, a coffee house and a few others. I looked at the FAQ's but I didn't find the answer. Thank for your answers!! Also, if you have eaten at any of those places, what was your experience?

The Vienese Cafe sells slices of cakes, cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. plus different kinds of coffee for a fee. There is also a small coffee bar on lido that you pay for.

 

Freedom also has the steakhouse at $35 pp.

 

Unless they add a "fee" place when they do the 2.0 updates in April, that's all the places that charge.
